what is the correct way to perform the sumo deadlift

    Hello, what is the correct way to perform the sumo deadlift? i have checked other threads on the forum and googled but cant find a detailed guide on how to perform the lift.

    Interesting video Hanley. I notice she only shifts the bar maybe 12". Still it's a very impressive weight for a girl. She has some power.

    That's the beauty of a good sumo deadlift. Cuts the ROM down considerably.
    Still it's a very impressive weight for a girl. She has some power.

    That's like 240kg at 75kg. Impressive weight for anyone!!
