pilates classes in Dublin city

    I am a 50 year old male wishing to take up pilates, preferably with a qualified physio at least at the beginning. Location Dublin City centre area. any thoughts or views please. Eddi

    A friend of mine goes to classes in Raheny. He had a bit of a dodgy back and was unable to play golf without pain afterwards. He said the class was really good and he can play golf now without any problems.

    He said the website was www.purepilates.ie.

    I know its not the city centre but it would only be 15 minutes on the dart.
