I thought ye said realistic?! 100k BMW's and Masaratis?!

Anyhow, Ford Fiesta Zetec S (thanks Henry Ford III for opening my eyes ;)) or an ST Focus. Perhaps an RS.

    Either that or a 330d.

These are great value if you buy wisely, and all the car a family needs.

    Mondeo Picture

Yes but you nearly have to buy the Ghia model or above to have an anyway decent car.

I'll be looking at an M3 in the next 12 months or so, however I'm not 100% sure if I'll be going for the new model yet... (but that coupe is so nice!)

Wife is demanding a Z3 or 4. May settle for the 3 and have more to spend on the M :pac: (Don't tell her!)

    I'm such a fool for a BMW :(

Edit: Needed to add, not buying the M new, such a waste of money with the value that can be had on the 2nd hand market.

I don't plan on changing my car. But I'd love to put a nice radio in it. One that connects to an MP3 player.

Still a few years away, but next car will hopefully be an e46 M3 or e39 M5. Even though I'm getting ideas, I'm still really enjoying my current car which I've had for a year now, so happy to wait a while.

Driver_small.jpg (I have a 525 in this colour at the moment)

Had my heart set on a classic Ford Mustang, but a second car isn't practical.

Might go for a 728 in the near future.

You really should aim for a V8. The straight 6 is a mighty fine engine, but not torquey enough for a 7-series.

@hammertime - never a better time to buy a Cayenne turbo, especially if you can fill it up for free :D;)

    Me, I'm thinking about a W126 500SE(L)

The wife's S-max is only a year old, so it's my banger that'll go next. I'll have something less than 10K to blow. I'd like something discreet with a biggish motor, like an Outback or this Toledo.

UK Zetec is OK, but as you say you really want a Titanium of a Ghia, that would be the plan.

Will be a few years, but a current model efficient dynamics BMW coupe is what I currently want to be my next car (second hand obviously so hoping they suffer some horrible depreciation over the next two years or so!!)

Preference (including price) with be a 320D M Sport coupe.

    Something like this.

    I would like either:

A Q7 - 3.0TDI although I would go for the 4.2TDI if I were not too boring and afraid of ever selling it. Would not use it as a taxi though!:)

A newish twin turbo x5 3.0 diesel with 270 odd bhp.

Both nice cars but would prefer to see them drop a bit more in price first.

In the Audi it would be silver/grey or black with privacy glass all round, 20in, full comms pack and all the extras plus a movable boot liner for easy loading/unloading.

    Something like this:

I'd love an Audi A3 but unless i get a 200% raise in work that's not happening any time soon. A newish (2007+) Yaris or Corsa would do me grand though. Something about the shape of both of them really gets me.

Not quite my wish list but a list I must make soon

New company car depending on companies decisions on how much they will want to give in current climate

I drove the 2.0 D4D Avensis 2009 today. Smooth and brilliant engine for the on the road price of €29,500 for the top end model.

Do they not go for hundreds of thousands? Fair play if that's your next car.

Thats my car wishlist for my next company car but the way things are going I might end up with a Mondeo. I do not pay BIK due to a way of working my mileage reporting. It means if my payment is €120 a month then the company will put €120 into my account out of their own purse so I pay zilch.

They may just end up giving me a S- Line 2010 Audi A4 instead but I want the IS

The mondeo trashed the A4 and IS in diesel form in a recent Autocar road test so you might end up with the best car in the class due to the "way things are going".;)

Pah, nothings too much, i got mine when I was 24!
I thought ye said realistic?! 100k BMW's and Masaratis?!
