Misheard song lyrics

I was just reading about some of the best misinterpretations of song lyrics, and there are some crackers.

    Here's one:

The song goes "Might aswell face it, you're addicted to love"

This lad thought it was... "Might aswell face it, you're a d*ck with a glove"

Ever heard the lyrics wrong on a song?

Whenever Pighead hears that song by Katy Perry that goes "I kissed a girl and I liked it" he hears "I kissed a girl and it got me in the mood for divilment but divilment is more fun with three people and a todger involved so I invited Pighead along too and we all liked it"

I thought that new song with the chorus being 'I'm a singlette' was in fact
    'I'm a cigarette'... Just didn't get it...

It always freaks me out when people refer to themselves in the third person. Why pighead, why?

There's the old Hendrix one: "excuse me while I kiss the sky" misheard as "excuse me while I kiss this guy"

Mine was from "at dawn they sleep" by Slayer & was a misconception I held for so long that I prefer my brains version; correct lyric "They drink blood, At dawn they sleep" & my version (not too far off) "they drink your blood & then they go to sleep" (not very evil sounding is it haha) - I know there are a good few others, but that's all for now..

It freaks Pighead out that they continue to give internet access to the backward mud dwellers of the midlands. Why God why?

I'm certain this thread has been done before, with the same song referenced in the OP.

    Actual lyrics are...Master!
    Apprentice!
    Heartborne, 7th Seeker
    Warrior!
    Disciple!
    In me the Wishmaster

    Elbereth
    Lorien

A dreamy-eyed child staring into night
On a journey to storyteller`s mind
Whispers a wish speaks with the stars the words are silent in him
Distant sigh from a lonely heart
"I`ll be with you soon, my Shalafi"
    Grey Havens my destiny

    Master!...

    Silvara
    Starbreeze

Sla-Mori the one known only by Him
To august realms, the sorcery within
If you hear the call of arcane lore,
Your world shall rest on Earth no more
A maiden elf calling with her cunning song
"Meet me at the Inn of Last Home"
    Heartborne will find the way!

    Master!...

    Wishmaster
    Crusade for Your will
    A child, dreamfinder
    The Apprentice becoming...

    Master!...
    :pac:

I think I might have posted this before in a similar thread, and if so apologies, but the variation I remember is that of the Labour Movement song "The Red Flag" that I recall from my days as an apprentice in a Glasgow shipyard: "The working class can kiss my a**e, I got the chargehands job at last"

Bring it on Pighead, I like a feisty man! I managed to drag my brother JohnJoe out of the fields to hook me up to dial-up. However it didn't work as we have no electricity in the house either, so this entire post is a figment of your imagination.

Three year old heard the re-release of Party All The Time and took it up kinda wrong. "My girl's on the potty all the time, potty all the time, potty all the tiiime!"

Mine is Billy Jean. I always thought MJ was singing "Billy Jean is not my brother" And I didn't even think it strange that the next line was "She's just a girl who..."

Nerd alert: The official name for a misheard lyric is a mondegreen.
