    Hey Guys,
so I've FINALLY started going to the gym, but I'm not much of a weightlifter or anything of the sort. I'm going to some of the aerobics classes and I find them really good. I do have a problem with my trainers though, I find the surface of the wooden flooring in the gym is quite slippy, and my trainers seem to make it even worse.

Does anyone know of anything I can stick to the bottom of my trainers to make them less slippy? I live in Norway and the thoughts of spending another small fortune on another pair of trainers makes me feel kinda ill...

    thanks!
    Eileen

My mate played volleyball and swore by spraying Lynx (the deodarant) on the soles of his runners before a match, and letting it dry first of course. Others apparently did the same with Coke.
