fo your already fit like. you cant get fitter than you!

see actually going to the gym n working out, you feel the buzz. the first time is usually the hardest, after that its dead on.

Your so right about the 1st time back being the hardest, I just gotta go for it, then I'll soon get back in to the monotony of it.

Work, gym, dinner, Eastenders, walk dog, sleep, work....:(

the best way i find to motivate myself is to do my training before work or at lunchtime. used to go to the gym 3 times a week at lunchtime but it closed so now i do a 4.5 mile run on my lunch hour, usually 3-4 times a week and do my weights etc in the morning before work. means when i get home i dont have to worry about motivating myself after a long day at work, and can have some time with my daughter.

pity about the bmi thing assessment, il probably have to do pca as my bmi is about 30, but as its been said before, anyone doing a decent amount of weight training, their bmi will be inaccurate due to muscle mass. not too worried bout it though, should be able to do the pca easy enough i hope

That's all I'm waiting on. I don't plan to pester them for a week or two. I have addresses in England & Czech Rep, so it's going to take a while.

That could slow things up a bit. :( I had family down south and in the States and mine only took four months, so I guess it's hard to put an accurate timeframe on it all. At least your merit number looks to be good enough to get you in. :D
