Went on a bit of a splurge due to being sick and feeling sorry for myself...

    On sale at MinaUK
    http://www.minauk.com/uk/product/detail.asp?c1_code=DR&c2_code=&c3_code=CL&p_code=DR853&p_idx=90

A dress and top from BooHoo.com which I can't seem to get a link of.

    Two dresses from Uttam-

    http://www.uttamdirect.com/itemspics/600x600/ta8yk1272blk.jpg

Used the head and searched for discount codes. Got 10% off first order. Code is: HBR2D2 Wasn't using the head when ordering from Boohoo.com (There's discount codes online.)

And a few things from Etsy.com I'm so addicted to that site! :)

That black Uttam (never going to get used to calling it that, it's still Tansen to me!) dress is fabulous Larianne.

All thanks to you Janeybabe!! Never heard of these sites until I saw all your purchases. Decided to take advantage of the euro/sterling exchange rate. All excited now. :)

No problem. I heard about them from a friend so she deserves the thanks!

It's crazy to think that a few months ago I felt guilty for buying on UK sites because the exchange rate made everything so expensive. Now I feel grand about buying on UK sites!

Oh, the Mina delivery times are fantastic. Once I ordered a dress and had it within 2 days.

Went online today to see if I could find any good prices on sweaters/warm stuff, and ended up buying this:

    V270585_092.jpg

I'm a sucker for a pretty summer dress. It will be a few months before I can wear it, but that's alright.
Oh and they had some nice sweaters too, but none in the colors or sizes I needed. :(

This is bad. I really really shouldn't considering I received a Yumi skirt and Mina dress (both from ASOS) today. But I have no self-control.

Victoria's Secret online. They have the same dress in black, with multi-colored embroidery. But I love the white/blue combination!

    df9ahi.jpg

    Topman- DangeeeeeerMouseeee.

Fred Perry tie, belt and flatcap from their shop too, on sale. Was basically in heaven there, they were playing Northern Soul and all.

Superdry jacket - the writing and zips on mine are orange

    3405852050_lg.jpg

And also a couple of plain Topman tees - the 2 for €15 ones. For some reason they just fit me so well. Navy, black, green, and brown,

Got the Mina dress today and it's fab!Love it. They also threw in a free calendar. :)

I also got the dress and top from boohoo.com but both are too big. Have you ever had to return an item and are they okay for exchanging sizes? I should be happy that the size 12 were huge on me. :D

    ^^Like the Superdry jacket mate!

the plain Topman shirts are in great sizes, I agree. Far better than the printed/retro tees.

Most places are grand for exchanging sizes. Check the returns docket that you got with your package. All the info should be on it.

I'm just back from a shopping holiday in Las Vegas

A few things I got which I can find pics for online...

A Tiffany bracelet as seen here:

    http://www.tiffany.com/Shopping/Item.aspx?sku=GRP02144&mcat=148204&cid=287463&search_params=s+5-p+4-c+287463-r+101287458+0+101424819-x+-n+6-ri+-ni+0-t+#p+1-n+6-cg+viewPaged-c+287463-s+5-r+101287458+0+101424819-t+-ri+-ni+0-x+-pu+-f+

    Except with a toggle fastening

    These Koolaburra ugg boots

    t260_3633b1f13b3ac12bcad2724196efade8.jpg

    A Guess cardi

Also got Guess black skinny jeans, second cardi and dress.

Got a white strappy top, brown vest top and navy sweats in Abercrombie.
A grey hoodie and two tees in Hollister
    Blue hoodie in Aeropostale
Coat, dress and tees in Forever 21

Unfortunately Aer Lingus lost my suitcase so apart from what I was wearing home it's all (temporarily hopefully!) gone.

    bought these

    sch340674_Tan_m.jpg

the damn near comfortablest shoes i've ever worn, and that's coming from a person who was a DVS skate shoe whore a while back.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,283 ✭✭✭PrivateEye

*cries looking at the beautiful Gazelles*

got paid today, am considering a second pair.
They really do look the dogs, loads of people saying it to me.
I've had to retire a pair of nice Freds, so they might work as a replacement.

Creamy Goodness, I'm liking the look of them too.

Credit cards ftw! Emergency shoes also ftw. Especially Irregular Choice. Mine suffers withdrawal symptoms if I don't use it. :D

I really shouldn't go wild because I spent 100 euro on Hairy Baby earlier....but I might be convinced!

Looking good on the style front fonpokno, first skirts nice. I like that kind of style on young 'uns

i like it Madame Razz ^^

im very tempted to buy these (in gold) to go with a dress for a formalish event of Saturday, but im not too sure if they will go with my dress similar in Colour only to this dress, except my dress is more greeny and greyish. kinda hard to explain,
    Any opinions?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,375 ✭✭✭fonpokno

Personally I think you should buy the shoes anyway as they're beautiful. I have no idea if they'd go with the dress or not. Can't co-ordinate for the life of me...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,635 ✭✭✭KatCookie

Well, you see i'd never wear the shoes again becuase im not really a heels type person... Oh i dunno..

^Money well spent, American Apparel will be a welcome addition whenever they decide to actually open the place! The FP is nice, not seen the plain/without tips over here in a while, they look well.
