Yeah I used to scramble but I've been persevering for months now and I've managed to get the hang of it, though sometimes they go all over the shop in the saucepan.

'Tis all practice. Make sure you put some milk and butter in there for extra-creaminess. Actually making scrambled eggs is one everyday thing I can do really well.:D

Oh yeah milk for the scrambled eggs - non-fat though! I've had my fill of eggs this morning. Can't wait for tomorrow morning!

Oh and im getting used to using eyeliner aswell, still at the trial and error stage where half the time i look like i have been given a black eye!!! so have to take it all off and start again.... :rolleyes:

People that can't swim, would you consider or have you considered getting lessons? It's a great thing to be able to do. Just saying.

It's bloody hard to get the hang of I think!

I remember on hols in the restaurant, it was a buffet breakfast and the chef was cracking eggs one-handed into the frying pan, I aspire to be able to do that!

never considering learning, it got something to with letting something fully surround my body, i freak out.

i'm actually quite pleasantly surprised at the amount of people that said here they can't swim, i thought i was like 1 in a 1,000,000.

i also can't open soup cartons properly, always have to use the knife.
i also can't open those re-sealable packets of ham but that's a common thing i've heard.

I've always thought of swimming as being more of a necessity than a learned skill ie you're in water, you swim or drown therefore you learn yoursefl. Kind of like walking. I can't remember not being able to swim, it just happened. Sayig that, I understand people having a fear of water. Took me about half an hour to presuade a mate into the sea in Cyprus. Told him I would teach him and help if he got into trouble. Eventually, he trusted me and came in when something bit him (and another lad that was with us) and don't even think he's been in a bath now since then

Yeah I was surprised myself at that amount of people that can't swim.
