He's said it's not food related. I didn't know there was a Sony centre on O'Connell Street, but I've heard from other sources that they are in trouble.

in fairness with movies so easily availible to buy for cheaper...this was only a matter of time.

sure zavvi in Dundrum is cutting prices left right and centre.

though its sure getting scary now...not many places to rent movies now.

The organisation I'm referring to, the whole business is in trouble, not just the outlet on O' Connell Street. If I was referring to Burgerking on O' Connell Street, it would just be this particular outlet which wouldn't be much news now, would it???

There was a version of the game Trivial Pursuit for the old Commodore 64 back in the day. Due to the nature of the game, there was no reliable way of inputting the answer. The solution they decided on was that when playing with friends you would say the answer out loud, then press the button to reveal the answer. It would then ask you if you got it right or not. Obviously if you were with friends, they would make you answer yes or no honestly.

But when playing alone, the great thing was you could just pick yes even if you didn't know the answer. The computer would have no way to know if you were lying or not and you'd get all the widgets you wanted! Still I knew there was something very unsatisfying about that even at 6 years of age.

You're basically predicting rain when storm clouds are already gathered overhead Darragh. You could be privy to absolutely no insider information and yet your prediction will almost inevitably be true anyway.

    Also, is it Burker King?

Its burger king, has to be.
No business can sell such good food on the go for such low low prices and make a profit.

No he hasn't be caught touching underage kids. A lil birdy hinted to me that the franchise may allegedly be in financial trouble.
But you didn't hear that here ;);) :nudge: :nudge:

It's understandable when you think of it. Those young go-getters working there who pour their heart and soul into each meal have obviously got word of the situation and have now lost the motivation to shine in the hope that they'll climb that competitive corporate ladder.
    It's a sad day.

What exactly are we talking about here? All BKs in Ireland are under franchise, so those or the parent company?

I'm sick and tired of people starting threads like this about various companies with zero facts, and no links.
