Central area to Co. Wexford & Co. Carlow.
It will be a 60 minute maximum drive for the following counties:
Wexford, Waterford, Kilkenny, Carlow & Wicklow.

The area is heavy forest & extremely atmospheric.

When could it open if it goes ahead

We can't ask anymore of you. Understand that time is a precious commodity. If we see you, we see you, if we don't, we don't. Fair is fair. :)

Ok the story is thus. I have aqquired 10+ acres of Coilte land. The club will have a permit to play on these lands & for the time being I will hold this permit, but it can be viewed at any time.
I am presently negotiating insurance, to include everything we could ever need.

The committee has presently agreed on 200€ membership per year. This will give each member 104 days of skirmishing. Every Sat & Sunday. 1.93€ per day this is inclusive of insurance. We need a minimum of 60 members to finance the club.

The funds will pay for the lease of lands, insurance & weekly running of the club, toilet facilitites, website & a thousand other sundry items.
If there are any funds left over, the funds could be used for the following year. The long term plan would be to purchase land in the club's name & build a club house.

I am the founder but not the owner. The owners will be the members. Everyone will have a vote & responsibility in the club.
Marshalling will be done by everyone at some stage. The site is Bio BB only.

If you can make it to the meeting that would be terrific. We're hoping to intergrate the community through the club, nobody will be a stranger. Open to all nationalities, their maybe age restrictions that all depends on the final insurance quotes. At present I'm negotiating with 2 insurance groups for insurance to include 16 & up.

    IAA membership is not compulsory.

The South East Airsofter's Club will be a non-profit making club.

The Venue for the meeting on the 17th is:
"The Paddy Murphy Suite" in The Brandon House Hotel, New Ross, Co. Wexford.

Wexford. I will not give exact details until the meeting. I do not want to receive a call from the authorities about airsofters running about.

All will be answered at the meeting.

Well done Steve....securing the sanctioned use of Coilte land is a big, big win for Airsoft, and only adds to the legitimacy of our sport.

    Big kudos.
