Short hair suits lots of girls, especially those with small, feminine features.

Few people realise how time consuming long hair is. My hair is about halfway down my back and takes 30 minutes of devotion in the morning to shampoo and dry properly. It also costs time in brushing, combing out tangles, and on occasion, straightening. I wouldn't want to add up the time it costs over a year, just to keep it decent.

That said, I personally wouldn't ever cut it off.

I prefer to have my hair long (it is currently down to my bra strap but I prefer it longer), having said that, I had my hair a lot shorter 2 years ago due to reasons beyond my control and I was suprised but it did not look that bad - I still feel more feminine with longer hair though and cant wait to have really long hair again. I would say that it depends on the girl.

Shoulder length hair can look very classy and on the right girl would be my favourite length. I agree that only girls with real feminine features can pull of proper short hair though.

Short hair can suit some girls pretty well but generally speaking long hair is definitely nicer. I doubt there's many woman really that actually look better with short hair over how they'd look with longer hair.
