    do you not find it unfair to call a banned user a muppet when he isnt allowed on to defend himself. Then when said user tries to defend himself he gets banned again.
    Thought this site would be above internet bullying tactics

    Is it fair that lemmings jump off cliffs? Maybe not but there isn't a whole lot the internet can do about it. :)

    Actually, surely it'd be libel as its written and recorded, while slander would be spoken.

    also for it to be libel it would have to:
    1. it must refer to the complainant
    2. it must be false.

    As for 1, it only refers to an internet persona, which cannot necessarily be linked to you as a person whatsoever.

    and 2. well...you're a muppet.
