    Yeah thanks for the feedback, for me the confusion starts like this.With the mono causes water retention and then a bloating effect, and the little info about CEE, to me it seems CEE is being "dissed" by leading "mono" brands who see it as a threat, all I want to know is it all a big con or are there substantial differences with one over the other. I want to bulk up, but have strength too...
    ps I am taking whey in the morning, and after training and then later in the day, Ive been cutting back on days off. I feel its just being passed thru me on those days.
