can't believe laura is gone. I know she isn't very consistent but she has an amazing voice, she definitely has the potentail. and that little annoying diana gets to stay :mad:

Rachel should be much better than last week, she's done the Winehouse thing before in her audition. Ruth singing "Angels" should be good if they adjust the arrangement slightly to suit her.

JLS could be a disaster tonight - medleys always sound horrible. I'm not looking forward to them ruining not just one but three Beatles songs! (Although I don't like "Hey Jude" so I don't care if they ruin that.)

Yeah , i realised that too when i saw the list! Rachel will be good, but I get fed up of the Amy Winehousey songs that she seems to cling too, and Laura tried so hard to emanate her in the auditions (imo!) As much as i hate to say it as she annoys me, and because i believe her uniqueness is manufactured and manipulated by the producers, Diana is the only one who has something different.

Alex is an outright star and deserves to win. I don;t think she's necessarly new or anything but she's marketable and actually has talent and a bit of the ould xfactor

I don't like JLS. Ive said it before, vocal harmony groups also make me hurl. Medleys are always bad. Boy it will be a good show:)!!!!

I remember Laura being awful at bootcamp, trying to be amy winehouse, well she was singing like a wasted amy winehouse :pac: I don't like diana cos her 'uniqueness' that everybody goes on about seems put on to me. I want Alex to win too. She definitely has it all. She looks like a star and she sings like one. I don't like Eoghan, he isn't that good and he looks like a furby

I do like Rachel's voice, but she is a bit annoying as a person. I was never a fan of Diana - her voice irritates me. Eoghan, Daniel and JLS are all fairly rubbish!

Alex is good, but there's something missing. I've always thought there was something cold about her - she seems like a dull, miserable kind of person. Or is that just me?

If I had to pick a winner this year, it would be Ruth. Her performance of "Purple Rain" was one of the best performances I've ever seen on any season of X-Factor.

Ruth is great for for some reason the judges seem to criticise her every week(except Simon, obviously)

Alex just seems to avoid all the 'scandal' and 'rumours' about the house and does her weekly bit..

It should be between those too, with either JLS OR Daniel getting the Boot tonight. Fingers crossed:)

Hope they go tonight

Think Rachel will be amazing tonight, as long as she's not a wreck like last week

Still, in general the song choices are pants. All the songs out there and they pick these ones

And its an open theme so why the hell is Ruth doin a soppy ballad and not rockin it out

Hope Alex wins, unique or not, shes a great performer, looks better, sings and dances better than the rest, she's got the whole package

I am freaked that Ruth is singing Angels. Dannii has failed Ruth again. Why? Because she has given Ruth a song that is a cliche; that is karaoke. And it's inviting criticism from Louis and Simon. Why couldn't Dannii have given her a song that only she could do, that would leave the judges with no choice but to say "that was awesome"?

No way it will totally suit her, Ruth has the voice for it.
Dannii does pick good songs for Ruth well seeing as it has to be a certain theme.

People need to give Dannii a break, IMO she is the best judge. Simon is dated, Louis just talks ****e, Cheryl is too nice and can get a bit annoying.
Danni tells the truth and she is the only judge who still has all 3 acts in the competition after all!

Alright performance from Daniel. Louis is such a tool to the point where the chap is growing on me. However, he still should be next out, no question.

It's all bloody tactics and sympathy votes. The producers think thats what the public want to see, and judging by how long Daniel and Rachel have lasted, they may have a point.

I think Danni gets a really hard time unnecessarily, particularly when she's there beside a snivelling, spiteful little rodent like Walsh. Yeah she hasn't exactly had a stellar career but she mentored the winner last year and throughout all the conflicts and abuse thrown at her she always comes across as composed and professional.

Even now she's been shunted aside because Cowell brought in a younger and prettier model. I say fair play to her. She keeps her chin up despite the crap she gets in the press and even Laura said that she was one of the most supportive of the judges being there at Sunday rehearsals etc.

Oh my god i am so angry after watching daniel "sing"...Am i the only one thats noticed that he was miming??! Unless my tv has some kinda delay on it for him only i'm 100% he just mimed.

I think its tv3 re the miming ... cos my v is doing it to, i noticed it when cheryl was talking after daniels performance.
Poor JLS, i feel so sorry for Louis, he is like an embarrassing Dad!
