Home SP3 is what I have, I think. I don't need to actually install it, just run fixmbr from the Recovery Disk's command line.

I'm in deep ****. Filmed my video assignment, trying to transfer it from the DV cam to my laptop, but it won't work!! Lost the software CD that came with it. It has to be in for 9.30am this morning. I've only had 9 hours sleep since 7am Friday :(

Bah, possibility the graphics card on my laptop might be on its way to foobar. Better get a vnc running so I can at least mess around with it if needs be before Dell fix it for me.

The 6800GT in my desktop has been known to hit 127°C (which is the point at which the computer shuts down to stop it damaging itself, or going on fire or something).

I've got an 8400m in this lappy, but have had no troubles with it yet.

    1) I didn't think SU had any power of IS Servervices

    2) There are far more important things for the SU to be involved with

    3) If its true, glad I'm gone.

You know, Rupert, the word "gullible" is not in the dictionary.
Oh, oh, you don't believe me? Here, look it up.
What? What's that, it really isn't?
Oh, Rupert, touché. Hoisted by my own petard!

    Oh, I am so alone.

And lets not get started about sabbats. Ah good times. Why did we run for that again?

    Council Believes:
Education is a right, not a privilege.

    Council Notes:
Straight fees, backdoor fees, deferred loans, graduate taxes, bloated registration fees and tiered fees systems all create barriers to education for Irish school leavers.

    Council Further Notes:
Third level education is a public service which should be fully publicly funded through taxation. Access to third level education should be a government priority.

    Council Therefore Mandates:
The Students’ Union to oppose the reintroduction of third-level fees under any guise.

If we don't pay them now we will just end up paying them back, in addition to the interest incurred as a result of the government paying our fees with national debt, at a later stage.
