Pah I would not be getting too worried/happy yet about the end of Bush/stupidity. The prospect of Sarah Palin getting in to power has me pooing my pants.

She makes dubya look very intelligent and if you think it can't happen now or in 4/8 years time just remember we are talking about the same country who elected George W Bush. Twice!!

    He ain't finished yet.

Its really one of the reasons why Obama winning scares me as if it was an Republican president coming in then Bush and his puppet masters would have some responsibility of not f*cking everything up in their last few months, but with a Democrat winning they just might not give a sh*t, and G.W Bush not giving a sh*t scares me.

The only good thing is the Congress and Senante are both under the control of the Democrats and can hopefully limit any harm Bush can do in the next few months.

Nope. Bertie may in fact be one of the smartest politicians ever. As CJH said, "He's the most skilful, the most devious, the most cunning of them all."

Just look at the timing of his departure. He waved goodbye to everybody, slammed the door as he was leaving and the whole house of cards collapsed on the eejit he left in charge. That was his greatest "teflon Taoiseach" moment. The man's a genius. He managed to portray himself as a man of the people when he was no such thing and got re-elected with ease even when the party was mired in scandal.
