the removal of corporal punishment replacing it with nothing was the start of all the scumbagery they have no fear of anyone they have no structure in their pathetic lives,this underclass looks up to dirt who behave like animals,the worse they behave the more the underclass looks up to them

Being a scumbag is purely a state of mind. I know plenty of people from **** area's who dress like locals and are the soundest folk going.

I know plenty of private school cnuts that i wouldn't piss on if they were on fire.

I do hate scumbags, i just don't feel the need to lie to myself about who is and isnt one.

In the SuperValue parking lot in Tramore I have heard mothers and fathers say some of the most horrendous things to their kids.

Yeah that sh1t's horrendous. I doubt it's always the parents though - environment and peers can cancel out any attempts at a decent job by parents.

Problem is like in the UK ...

Government give these scum families money for nothing .. the more kids (future scumbags) they have the more free money they get, problem gets out of hand.. people make a living out of it .. some single women chavs do it just to get a house ffs...

In Spain, govt doesn't give you money per kid .. and any support you get is extremely limited .. basically if you can't afford to have kids .. you don't have them.. as a result i rarely (never) see large groups of thugs here ...

of course Spain has it's knackers .. but not hanging around in groups of 30+
intimating all the neighbours , look how bad it is in the UK .. and Ireland is heading that way .. Govt needs to cut back on benefit ..

Although I met a few younger lads I'd term as scumbags..you know the hoodie gang etc but most of them surprise me as how decent they are..
I remember in my day we'd used to hang around in groups and I'm sure most older people had the same opinion of us.

It's all those scum that have convictions.
Screw the PC brigade...any scumbag with convictions should be sterilized so they don't pass on their crap to kids.
And by convictions I mean armed robbery, gbh, joyriding etc.
Not something trivial like not paying your car tax or other crap like that.

Few weeks ago I saw a young kid get stabbed in the face with a broken bottle on the middle of patrick street in the middle of the day with about 500 people around.
You think you're going to save the kid who did that? You think he deserves saving? He doesn't give a fiddlers for anyone or anything. Nothings going to change that. Fcuk him, put him down I say.
