    5"11 and 11 stone 9, so not fat but would like to loose say another stone.

    Yes... ish, was 18st 4lbs but over the past 2 years have gotten it down to 13st 11lbs, still a ways to go to lose the stomach though.

    According to the BMI I'm about the perfect weight. However, I definitely need toning up in some areas. Answer: flabby, but not fat.

    not smug, its just a statment that when i put on weight i deal with it, and intend that to keep happening, so ill never get fat.

    my bmi is 21.8 so i'm "normal weight" according to the bmi calculator!

    Swampy - look in a mirror and decide for yourself or at least get someone to tell you honestly. BMI can be total bs. I'm two stone overweight according to BMI as well, if I dropped two stone I'd look like sh1t.

    BMI says I'm 24.9

    I've lost weight in the past year and a half. Gone from about 83kg to 70 kg.
    Bit over weight, but much better than what I was. I'm happy.
