    Complete the NSCA's Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist course. It can be done is Ireland - the last exams were held in Galway I think.

    Edit - this has recently become the standard qualification in Ireland for anyone who wants to go one to work with high level athletes (as a strength and conditioner). May not be what you want to do long term, but it should add some weight to this course over the other ones out there.

    What is it with australian s+c coaches and a hatred of personal trainers :D

    as far as i know you dont need a degree in a related field anymore, however you do need a bachelors degree

    Thanks for the replys.does anybody know if the certificate offered in this college is a recognised qualification,and if so is it a good college to get my qualification.Thanks
