    Hey,

    I've heard of a fitness class called "drums alive "that they have in some UK gyms. Anyone know if there are any of these classes in Dublin?

    When I first saw the title, I thought this was music related and that you'd posted in the wrong forum!! :D

    Its an exercise/fitness class using stability balls (is that what they are called?) and drumsticks! Looks like great fun!
