    Wow, too much to put in one post. I joined way back when in 2001, hard to believe that was 7 year's ago. To give a brief synopsis though;

Left school, lived in Munich briefly, got my first IT job, had several breakups, grown a bit, moved to the US and made good on my promises of world domination(in the works).

    Finished school.
    Finished college.
    Grew a beard.
    Shaved a beard.
    Drank some beer.
    Some very good beer.
That I bought using a fake ID.
    My name was Brian McGee.

Well, I was 16 when I joined and I’m now 25, so quite a lot.

    What’s changed:

    - I’ve gone from being a 16 year old school-kid who was mad into everything computers and was nailed on to having a career in computing (after a CS degree), to being a 25 year old adult(ish) with an oirts degree and a masters in ‘what am I supposed to do now?’. Still haven’t figured out the answer to that bit yet by the way, but I’ll let ye know once I’ve dealt with my one-third ‘I’m an adult(ish) now and I’m not sure I like it’ life crisis.
    - Family configuration has changed considerably. I shall not elaborate for everyone’s sake.
    - About a foot in my height and probably about five stone in weight.
    - I’ve gone from worrying I’ll be ugly for my whole life to worrying that I’m not making the most of my pretty face and that I’ll miss it when I’m old and plastic surgery ridden.
    - I no longer use smilies on the end of sentences when I am being sarcastic or humorous. Takes away the fun.
    - Moved abroad. Thought a new country would solve all of my problems. It didn’t, so I moved back. Now thinking of moving abroad again.

From 15 to 22. Its been a while, probably the most important years of my life. Any memories before that usually need to be jogged.

    Did my Leaving Cert
    Got my degree
    Got my masters
Did lots of exams in between (and after)
Got my ideal job in my ideal firm (yet to start)
    Did some travelling
    Met lots of new people
    Worked various jobs for money
Have had various interests I've taken up and abandoned (CS, Poker)

I'm pretty happy about what i've achieved so far.

    I did my Junior Cert.
    Became a crime fighter.

Suppose there might have been a bit of the effects of puberty here or there.

-did the LC one month after that
    -attended my first music festival
-met my new girlfriend at same festival
-started training to be a teacher
-had a poem published for the first time
-got my own weekly local radio show
    -quit my local soccer team
-went to Northern Ireland for the first time (december)
-had my first haircut since February 2006
-went to my first Beers (the awe-inspiring 3 man event from the Limerick City forum...)
-signed for a new soccer club (January 31)
-stopped going to soccer training (February 1st :D )
-cooked a meal for somebody else for the first time! No poisoning reported!
-had my first experience of Teaching Practice

    It's been a busy 21 months!

Aaaah the poor Flutt didnt do too much
    except travel the world.

Highlight would have to be that night in the Clarence after
a bad bout of constipation, the Flutt got things moving big time.

Dropped a gigantic coil of shíte in the upper suite and after admiring its
girth and sheen and pointing,I stuck a note on it.

    "Bono-this one's for you"

    Hope he got it:cool:

Not too exciting ,but hey, I felt much better.
