Westwood Clontarf - Personal Trainers

Morning all, i am considering getting a personal trainer at westwood gym, as i do not really know the trainers very well im not sure who to pick , so im wondering if any of you have used them and would you recommond them - thanks for your input

John Connor is the best trianer there. Big into real functional training, he uses sleds, farmers walks and kettlebells ect. (its clontarf yea, if its leopardstown Damien Maher is good, he is on that program as the trainer on tv3 where they train, change their diet and have a load of surgery) I think transform here on boards works in westwood sandyford if its that one.
