Any time you use the word 'art' you can justify the worst kind of idiot/waster/emperors new clothes.

And then when people say its sh*te all you have to say is that they dont understand it.

Oh it is art. Not very interesting art in my opinion, since it's not a very original method of evoking anger. But it's technically still art all the same.

Then again, maybe it isn't. The word "art" is ill defined. Perhaps a better definition of art would be "anything that evokes an emotional response in the observer in an original and creative way".
