Or how about just not selling them anymore?

Oh, I forgot, it would be unconstitutional

And while you're contemplating the cost of getting a professional to install your sattelite dish or buy a drill,
consider the gun cost more than both

Depends on the gun. You can get a WWII era Moisin Nagant (Soviet standard rifle) for about $35.

Then again, I just spent $1470 on one today. (SIG 556)

    It ain't easy being green?

There was the case last year of the guy using a shot gun to change the wheel on his car... he ended up injuring himself of course.

I used to have a girlfriend from Missouri actually... I even popped over to visit her home town at one stage... this story doesn't surprise me.

    update:
This is what tools are for, my friends. Ronald Long of Deepwater, MO, was trying to install a satellite dish in his bedroom. He was having trouble putting the necessary hole in the wall and, thinking himself quite clever, decided to use his gun to get the job done quickly. Unfortunately, his wife was outside and caught the bullet in the chest. She was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival. On the upside, Ronald now has DirecTV. Silver linings, people.

    DirecTV is awesome \o/

For more on the the real truth behind gun violence, Jon Stewart provides us with an inside look at Gun Culture in america on his frontpage today:

    http://www.thedailyshow.com/

""Guns for Tots" is teaching kids about the joys of weaponry in a neighborhood that needs it most: Harlem."

Sadly, they can't make this up.

You've removed the punctuation. Why not go the whole hog and remove the spaces, too? It's Earth Day, innit? Save on characters.
