    I'm done with schols!
    wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee x [infinity]

I'm so sleeping all day tomorrow.... for now, I'm heading home to mother.

It's so class being done with them. I can't express the relief I feel. The last paper didn't go that badly either, got a great question on myocardial infarctions.
Plus-- my d'artiste : digitall painting came in the mail today!
PLUS--- seinfeld season 3 dvd came from moviestar.ie. What could make my day better??
I could feel a bit more awake....that would help, but apart from that, things are pretty sweet. I'm going to enjoy feeling like this until the results come out. :D

So....yeah. How was your day? :D

But you'll usually know if you have exemptions before then, that date differs by Faculty and Department.

Am finishing up parts of my dissertation while listening to 'The Raod To Hell' by Chris Rea..

I am hoping this is not ironic!

after a night's hard training there's nothing better then having a nice hot bath/ shower :)

I'm not holding out for actual schols, exemptions will do me. :D
Even if I don't get those (and damn, the exams WERE tough) at least I'll be a little more prepared for the summer wans than I would have been otherwise.
I'm not coming in on Trinity Monday. When's that anyway?

    In Trinity Week.

    Two days before Trinity Wednesday.

    In Trinity Term.

Ever the comedian, Myth. :p(Ian? I can never remember.) I can take it then that I'll know whether I get exemptions probably..ooh..the week before the summer examinations begin?

Such a Trinity thing to do, lol. So how's the work going? You got an internship if my (by now wrecked) memory serves me?

I graduated last year so I'm an office monkey for a very large multi-national. Or something, I dunno, I work, they pay me.

Whenever anyone is looking for some date/time, there is a very high possibility that the answer will be contained in the College Calendar. Just for future reference :p

And I'm Dónal, there's a few other Ia(i)n's who post here though.

Lol paperclip I think you're mixing up no less than three Boardsies there. But we'll forgive you given you're finished with Schols, good job on that! :)

Myth = Dónal = an engineer in the real world. Ian = Nietschean = PhD student/former mod who hasn't posted in about a year. I got the internship I wanted (starting in June) but maybe you're mixing up the internship with someone else.

I am Iain (note the extra i)
His parents called him Ain, but, at the age of seven, he decided he didn't like that name, so he added an 'I'.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 561 ✭✭✭paperclip

Or possibly his mother didn't know how to spell Ian. (I kid, I kid!)

I'm positive that that is what happed to Bush...his parents couldn't spell 'W' so he ended up with 'Dubya'.

Well, I haven't smoked in a few days. Like I said, I only smoke when I get seriously stressed out. I expect that in a months time I'll be like a chimney.

Is this something you made up?

Oh, and the crispies were... Amazing. People were coming up to me asking how I made them. The secret is to use chocolate and rice crispies.
