is anybody having compatibility issues when ordering online from dell

i'm trying to buy a vostro notebook with windows XP pro

and the website reports a compatibility issue between the operating system
and the anti virus i have chosen

but i have specified no anti virus

the only way this is eliminated is if i buy the system with vista
or include an antivirus option

i'm not prepared to do either

does anybody know why this is happening and is there a work-around ?

XPS M1330 for €533.60 on Dell Outlet (www.dell.ie/outlet), with €80 discount and free shipping comes to €547 . Just bought one and another filled its place at the same price! Looks like they are moving stock for the new batch of CPUs.

The Service Tag was included in the order confirmation and when I checked
that (support.euro.dell.com) the original ship date was Feb 22, 2008. So I am thinking these are new machines, not returns, and the documentation is Irish.
