    Penis is a "Hard" noun in Latin :D which makes the plural penises.

    Thats something I've been wondering too- is the plural of Elvis Elvii, so does that mean a convention would be known as a group of Elvii.

    Actually, for the pure Latin plural, you substitute the -es for the -is (read your own link properly!)

    Yes, Penes is the correct Latin, however penises is also a valid plural and the one most commonly used by medical professionals.
