Considering it was only the first "properly organised" CoD4 bash, I think it was a success!
However I think it would be great if the following was implemented for the next bash:
- Password-protect the server to keep it exclusive to boards.ie (but if only a few people connect we'll be bored... :cool:)
- Make TDM Respawning faster (2 seconds? 3 seconds?) as 10 seconds is too long
- Make S&D longer by making it "first to reach 10"
- Airstrike @ 3 frags and Helicopter @ 5 frags were simply too get and made some games unplayable IMO. The standard Airstrike @ 6 frags and Helicopter @ 7 frags should be used I think...
What do you think of the above suggestions? Do you have anything to add to this list?0 -
You played very good Dingatron! In fact I thought the level of skill wasn't bad at all! A lot of fun anyway!Good game though I'm lacking in the team games at the minute. Need some more practice in s&d etc. Still enjoyed it and looking forward to the next one.
I have to admit that my favourite moment was slicing KamiKazi open! Then he left the server like a pussy... "I had to go to a clan training" he says... Pfff! Pussy!

I said i was enjoying cod4 more on 360 than pc back whenever i said it on another thread, it could be the fact im playing on 37 " panasonic hdtv,could be the novelty of it,could be the more diverse game modes,althought more than likely the novelty of it.
Nowhere did i say i prefer to use a pad than a mouse and keyboard.
The pc will always be king of fps games i know that ,you know that.
How could anyone say they preferred a pad to mouse?
Give me a pc and cod4 ahead of console and cod4 anyday.
That doesnt mean the console versions suck like you seem to think.
