if the plane disappeared off radar 45 minutes beforehand meaning the plane could have been flown to somewhere and whatever did hit it be flown into it no questions asked,i really do find it hard to believe a plane so big could cause so little damage

Missing by some other means before, during or after the events of 9/11 which people have locked on to as a way of coping with the loss of loved ones who are missing and were in that area or due to be on an aircraft at the time.

You see, if you take a step back from Michael Moore-esque conspiracy bullsh*t and think about things logically, taking in all circumstances at their value and measuring weight out to each accordingly with the facts, you'll see, very quickly, that it is all bullsh*t invented by scaremongering fools who would use any excuse or situation to "bring down the establishment". These people want to live in a government free society, I suggest sending them to Kenya for a few weeks to see what life is really like in a land without governance.

Firstly;
I can tell you at least 10 ways to take a plane of the radar grid from the cockpit alone. It's not hard if you know what to look for and do (and these hijackers clearly did)

Secondly;
Planes are aluminium tubes with wings.
The fuel is in the wings.
The engine is on the wings.

In most cases where a plane crashes (including this one) the planes wings are broken off on impact either by stress forces on the three point bolts (there are only three) or by shearing forces exerted by outside forces (walls, trees, specially placed tear-barriers used at runways). If the wings come off the plane as they should, the airframe itself becomes little more than an oversized dart. It has nothing in it that can explode and cause damage, the only damage it can do is kinetic transferrance damage (IE ram the bloody thing until it stops)

Jet grade kerosene (JP-1 or JP-4) burn at extremely high temperatures, very quickly and extremely cleanly. That is why it is used in aircraft. These temperatures are enough to cleanly destroy an entire engine and wing section without damaging anything outside of 60 yards from it if left to burn on its own. The fire will last minutes.

This is what would have happened if the aircraft struck a wall perpendicular to it's path, which is what happened.

If you do, you'll enter a spy vs spy situation. It'll be all out war between mods, banning each other from various forums in retaliation for some other banning. Factions will break out, possibly even splinter groups. They'll all be banned too. Eventually the food chain will eat itself up to the top and every mod will have been banned from every forum. Letting the trolls free on a new and lawless Boards.ie

Unfortunately no, only admins can do that. There was a pretty funny feedback incident recently when a user claimed that the comma in the log in message was grammatically incorrect. So the admins put a comma after every letter in his name.

lol., i think i know the one, it was a fella called bozzarky or something wasnt it? as far as i can remember he was a literature mod or something and he wanted the , removed from the welcome message.,lol.,:D

Nothing wrong with discussing airsoft. Would just like to keep this thread easy going. The two above mentioned topics get some people worked up a little too much...and I'm far from being a religion or politics moderator :eek:
