It is my opinion that this is infact a piss-take, the mod's would have decided between themselves who would be suitable to be a mod, then realised that anyone who posts in AH is a bad choice, there is probably another thread like this one in one of the Science forums if they would even advertise this sort of thing.

AH is different to other fora and the moderation is different and so it stands to reason that the selection is different. The thread is serious. We're reading it. WWM reads what you write and takes it on-board. That's not to say he'll be bound to go with what you want, just that he'll give it consideration.

Personally: For me, most of this thread has highlighted who not to choose and why.

Meh. We've been dancing for the amusement of all and sundry for the last thirty five pages. I thought it might be interesting to see if the other side of this discussion knew any of the steps.

1) I am one of the most unfickle people you will meet.

2) I have read each and every reply on this thread.

4) Its not a thread in jest. Just because I decide to go about the business of modding in my own humourous (at least to me) style, does not mean that I dont consider it important.

5) I have decided who I feel should be moderator, and I am currently sounding out the current mods. I will get a concensus in the next day, I will approach that person, and if they are willing they will be installed as the new AH mod, just in time for christmas.

AH modship, the gift that refuses to stop giving...

WOW! Its amazing that one person could be so wrong on so many levels

NO one was asked to do anything except put downtheir name if they were interested. I think you will find that users egging other users on is the cause of all the dancing.
