An option for anyone who is still struggling to find a DS.
Got one from an American seller on eBay (mentioned here a few days ago): http://tinyurl.com/3cbwg3
Bought it Sunday night and it was delivered before 11 this morning via Fedex (tracking number included).
~140 euro delivered on Buy it Now.
7.99 for an Irish DS A/C adapter in HMV.

I was in gamestop in blackpool yesterday morning at 10am-ish, they said no chance for a wii, but they should be getting a few DS in either yesterday or today. He even suggested I wait around as they could have been in that soon

I'd say you'll be getting a letter from Fedex with a custom clearance charge in the near future

Given the prices, the availability, and the bloody queues around town at lunchtime today - sounds like it's worth it.

I too was going to buy online but persisted with gamestop. They told me they were getting a delivery in soon. I rang them everyday and after a week they rang me back to say that they had just come on and had held on to one.
My advice, check a local gamestop if they can tell you that they are expecting a delivery in the next few days then nag nag nag them!

Looks like they only have white ones left but delievery is about 2 days and item is underpriced on the package so u should get by customs

Yeah. Games are region free but you'll need an adapter to charge it. Someone should verify that because Im not completely sure

Yes it will work fine once you get a UK/IE charger for it. The DS is region free so games will work here too. I've sold a good few Japanese ones on eBay.

I got one today from videogameplus.ca ,I ordered it on friday.
My actual credit card total was 123 euro and that included express tracking.
Thanks to snake plisken ,for the heads up.

As recommended by Orange69 and t-hairy (Thanks Guys) i ordered a Pink DS Lite from this guys eBay store and it arrived today via Fedex. Michigan to Waterford in 3 days.

At bit pricey at €168 delivered, but it had to be done.

Sign in smyths/blanchardstown saying they will be in stock on the 19th ,which is tomorrow.

Forget about ringing them ,they never answer the phone.

Have got mine sorted but my sister in law only starting looking for one on Friday!! I didn't even know she was buying one.
Does any one know if they are available?
I tried local Argos and the Smyths online checker with no luck.
