How to get a DVD out of an X-Box

Our original x-Box has eaten a rental DVD. How do we get it out again?? (little rant) We try ringing X-Box support, she tried to explain how to take it apart but her English was very bad & I think she was talking X-Box 360. It'll cost €105 to repart, it took 5min just to find the euro amount.
