Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.
Hi there,
There is an issue with role permissions that is being worked on at the moment.
If you are having trouble with access or permissions on regional forums please post here to get access: https://www.boards.ie/discussion/2058365403/you-do-not-have-permission-for-that#latest

Faster! (Use this thread to test the new functions. eg: multi-quote)

Because I exceeded my allocated monthly bandwidth, I am currently on dial up speed, so I cannot yet enjoy this new upgrade.

That doesn't really bother me as it avoids the quote in a quote in a quote scenario. Just multiquote and then just move one of the quote tags.

    QUESTION:

Down beside the Report Post button, Mods can see another button called "Infraction". It gives a warning to users.

Heh. Mods can see and use it in every forum, not just their own.

Does anyone fill in the 'reason for editing' section.

I thought I was being a very naughty boy back when I joined the first few times I edited a post I'd made.
As Peig Sawyers would say, "I'm in the kingdom of heaven!"

pity the quote within a quote doesn't work though.
That doesn't really bother me as it avoids the quote in a quote in a quote scenario. Just multiquote and then just move one of the quote tags.

Anyone fancy opening a book on how long the search function lasts?
    QUESTION:

when you press ctrl+b (as you would do if you wanted to turn bold on in, say, MS Word) it automatically puts in the [ b] [ /b] for ya. Did this always happen or is it a new addition?

I think the reason for quick reply is that you are just posting a basic message, you aren't quoting anything, and that's why it doesn't work.

You can still quote one post in a quick reply.
