Step 1: Gym 4x a week for 6 months (help me).

    Hey,

    I'm going to college in town this year and I'm looking to finally get down to business in the gym.

    I weigh a meagre 9 1/2 stone, am 19, and approx. 5'11".

    Don't know how realistic it is, but I'd like to reach 11 stone by the end of the 6 months (and look good). Is this possible? I'm willing to put a lot into this as I'm more motivated than ever to do it and situation is ideal.

    Rang Crunch Temple Bar earlier and I think that would be my gym of choice.

    Please give me as much info as possible!

    Dude,

    I wouldn't worry so much about weight. If you feel you're too small and want to add bulk what Dave said is spot on.

    Here's some starting strength routines, which will help with that aim.

    If you eat the right amount of food (about 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fats) you should be able to bulk up safely and look good naked.
