oooh i went the pro-am golf competition in adare golf club a year or two ago and i met and chatted to.....
    -Gary Linekar
    -Keith Wood
-Peter Gallagher aka. Sandy Cohen from the O.C
-Vijay Singh (such a nice guy!)

others there but didnt stop to talk to anyone were Michael Owen, Martin McAleese, PAdraig Harrington and of course Tiger..who was surrounded by a group of personal security guards and didnt even acknowledge the crowd which was a bit disappointing!

i also bumped into damon alburn in dublin airport when i was really young cos i was runnning around a corner and wasnt watching where i was going..but i was too young to know who he was at the time, which is probably a good thing!

I was working in a cafe in Coal Harbour, Vancouver and Jessica Alba was filming a movie right beside us!! she was actually really friendly but didnt buy anything in our cafe cos our coffee was really ****!!! but my friend was workin in a fab gelato cafe beside me and Jessica was in there a good bit and was always up for a chat..i think it was my friends Kerry accent that was the main selling point there tho:)

    Peter Buck (R.E.M.), a gentleman.

Both members of the Dresden Dolls, and The Watson Twins, but they're not really famous to be fair....

My father once called me from work, which he never does, to tell me "I'm just standing here between Bono and Robert De Niro".....the picture of said meeting is priceless. :D

The only 'celebrities' I can recall meeting were in the Embassy Club in London. I use the term loosely; they were mostly big brother contestants (Orlaith, absolute ride), and Sky actors from shows like Mile High and Dream Team. I don't usually talk to celebrities when I see them. I figure they probably get tired of starstruck people constantly coming at them from all directions so I leave 'em alone.

So in that sense, a week or two ago I saw Ryan Tubridy chatting to my sister's neighbour outside her house; the day before that I noticed James Frain (24, The Tudors) wandering around Baggot Street with a bicycle looking a bit lost (okay, maybe I should have said hello that time!). I spotted David Morse (Disturbia, The Green Mile) strolling down William Street South about 2 months ago... he is huge.

Other than that, I was in the pub with Mike Myers in Toronto a few years back, Gabriel Byrne called into the office I was working in once looking for directions, and I saw a few Hollyoaks etc actors on the tube and in various bars in London.

    Exciting stuff. No, really.

I think I have the "edge" on excitement there Pepe....tbh!

    :p

To the guy who slept with the celebrity: was she famous when you slept with her, or just somebody who got famous later on?

Met Colin Farrell a few years ago around the time he was in Ballykissangel. He is mates with a guy I used to work with, so we were in the boozer and he showed up. He was fairly quiet that night, not quite the helraiser we've seen in recent times. Seemed sound enough though.
