)but the above is the same story in Scotland, absoloutely no effort beyond wowing them with yer smooth Irish accent

Im on my way to Prague for the match in September, and from what Ive been told its clubs are going to again reinforce my opinion that Ireland has some of the worlds worst clubs. Places here play vile cheese that simply wouldnt be accepted abroad.

Theres feck all "proper" niteclubs in Ireland to be honest, loads of cheesefests, if you look at the likes of Fabric or the End in London or Cream in Liverpool and compare it to our ****ty clubs we just pale in comparison!

Or if your somewhere like Ibiza, look at the clubs there? For a 30km Island the clubs are up there with the best in the world....

Its a pity Ireland is only in the club market for D2/coppers kinda carry on...thats why most of these places are small pokey venues with not much goin on!

Dunno bout you guys if I go to a nightclub regardless what country im in, I wanna hear a good dj, good tunes and on a proper soundsystem, in Ireland we get ripped off walkin in (€15 average entry to most places?), ripped off puttin in our jacket in 2 or even 3 quid in some places and ripped off buying drink, no happy hr or special offers? As soon as we're in the door sure we get kicked out and its time to go home, not get a taxi for ages and be pissed off....

Yeah, Irish nightclubs are a waste of time. The women here seem to have this superiority complex and are so far up their own arses they're lickin the back of their ****in tonsils. Go to Prague for a lesson in what nightclubs should be like. Gorgeous women, cheap booze and decent music.
