crappy niteclubs

anyone else getting sick of going to niteclubs? i find that every weekend its the same i go to a niteclub,get locked,try talkin to some dopey stuck up irish bird often with little success and wake up in the morning with no money left in my wallet and a whopper hangover to put up with for the rest of the day. great nite!wheres a good place to meet and talk to women? i suppose pubs arent bad is there any alternatives?

nightclubs are ****e but maybe the problem here is the alcohol comsumption if your waking wiht monster hangovers that might be an indication to lessen your over all alcohol intake in a night

If they were allowed open much later it'd improve the setup . Should reduce crowds waiting for transport /food etc too since they wouldn't all be on the street at the same time.

In a club I have to get locked to be able to stay and endure the crowds/crap music/stupid shouting/conversation.

As said above, if you are waking up the next day with a whopper hangover then you are doing something wrong. The drunken grope and fumble don't really work any more.

only been gettin sick of them lately. its actually been AGES since i been in a niteclub now that i think of it. maybe thats why i started Goin to Doran's. not goin there anymore though so i dunno what im gonna do.....

Is it just a phase? i reckon ill be back to niteclubs as soon as i find a new "spot" :cool:

Can't stand clubs...the eejits, the music, the dancefloor, the groping, and so forth. It always feels like you've been mugged and assaulted when you wake up the next day...a sore head and an empty wallet!

TBH I find clubs really odd as well as crap...you get dressed up to the nines in your gladrags, get pished drunk, go out in the middle of the night to this dark room and dance to really loud crap music while trying to get a man/woman. If you're looking to hook up with someone you're better off seeing them sober, face to face in broad daylight and being themselves rather than in some weird club atmosphere imo.

er, i havent been to a nightclub in at least 4 years due to the fact they are full of drunk idiots trying to chat you up when they have problems holding themselves in an upright position while dribbling or vomiting on your shoes

Move to England, it's easy to score in the nightclubs, because over there the girls will let you know if they are up for it, rather than here, where they goto a nightclub and then wonder why they get chatted up ? and they act all snotty (because your in a ****ing nightclub you dim bint, do you think we come here because we like the decor !!!). The girls in the UK are just more confident and laid back about the whole thing, they are not as needy or easily offended, they understand that blokes go out on the pull, because they do aswell. When you feel like settling down, just come back to Ireland. Problem sorted

Was in a nightclub at the weekend and am so glad I was drinking I would have gone mad in there sober.
Drunken idiot men stumbling up to women and pinching them on the ass (what are you 16?), a fat woman dancing with elbows going all over the shop knocking into everyone, people constantly banging into you so you spent a fortune on spilled drinks and one one fella puching another through a glass paned door......scary
