Had been a while since i made it to a big match like last weekend do to various reasons not really relevant. But i dont know what happened in the intervening period but sweet jebus i was walkin with a totem all day!!!!! Women i wouldnt even throw my worst enemys slong into i'd have jumped on just cause they had a jersey on!!!!!!!

And dont get me wrong it was not even county specific even the serious mothers of mula's would have got one!!!!

    Anybody else get that?

I'd beg to differ. Playing a match tonight, some girls training right beside the pitch. The hottest one there had a jersey on.

Get yourselves down to croke park on a hot summers day in the championship, some fine talent from all counties of ireland parading round in their county colours, i like it personally:)

I know some guys who definetely shouldn't wear jerseys

And with the new Irish rugby jersey being tightfit, I'm kind of dreading the rugby world cup

...and what if they introduce speedo's. That would surely bring about the death of the sport.

Having wood while watching 30 men and being surrounded by who knows how many more is pretty strange, unless of course you're em..er..whats the word....

They are all hideous but seeing 'women' in Wexford or Celtic tops is particularly traumatizing.

Depends how many sizes to small it was on her (assuming she's a toned/skinny lady) it could be very sexy.

Nothing as common as a woman in footie jersey (bogball or soccer).

You people clearly didnt see The Star page 3 last year re a hurling final between two southern counties (Cork and Kilkenny?) a blonde from one county and a half Asian bird from the other county, both with the baps being lifted out :) I like them if theyre worn by the right type, its just unfortunate most wearers are chain smoking 20 stone mothers of 4.

    I hear you OP.

While I wouldn't get wood, nor would I want to rodger every single one of them ( I'd avoid most of the flag selling "5 for a pound"'ers ) a football jersey (gaelic) can definitly turn me on, unless it's a Kerry jersey, then they can fcuk right off.

Seconded. Some women surpass themselves with a good jersey on.

is this dealing purely with irish girls wearing gaa jerseys?

maybe u should tune into soccer am on a saturday morning, skysports 1, wait for the soccerette, then u'll see how hot a chick can look in a jersey.

I don't like GAA jerseys, they look tacky and cheap to me. However a nice bird in a tight rugby jersey.
