Creatine advice please (capsule v powder)

    Well I gonna order some more Creatine. Last time I used it was when I was living abroad and was going to the gym quite often.
    Its was creatine monohydrate and was in capsule form.
    I was very happy with the results and im about to order some more creatine from pro nutrition now..

    I see that the Xcreatine is quite popular and there is a special offer for it at the moment... The only thing is its powder based and from my understanding one generally gets a better result using the capsule form...
    Pro nutrition stock some capsule form creatines but im not familiar with the brands..

    Opinions please, what should I go for..

    also im gonna be buying some R.A.M aswell , ive heard great things about it..

    I was just thinking tho, do I really need protein too. I mean if i was to take creatine before the gym, and some R.A.M and more creatine after the gym, is there a need for the protein? where should i fit it in if so...
    and on a side note, my diet is decent enough.

    truthfully I would just go for the powder and see how you get on with it if you don't see the same gains as you did with the caps you can switch at that point.

    However that said in my opinion a protein supplement is generally the most important supplement in my diet, as I find it hard to get enough protein from just my meals, but that is the reason why I take it, it is just to supplement my general dietary protein levels. So if you feel you are getting enough protein from whole foods then you don't need to use a protein supplement.

    I personally don't use creatine but even when I have on the rare occasions I would still classify protein as a more important supplement

    Any reason for not using it mate? If you don't mind me asking... Was just going to start this week.
