I have such a hankering for Clint Eastwood. Not so much now - he's nearly 77 so that would be just wrong. But when he was in his 50s, maybe even 60s, he did it for me.

By the way, I mean older men - not simply those who are fathers. I'm talking 45 years old at least. Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp - I know they're close to that age bracket, but they're still too young. Exceptionally youthful for their age and they still don't appear to have entered middle age, and that's what I'm talking about. Jamie Oliver and David Boreanaz - far too young.
George Clooney would be about the right starting point.

Auld fellas - George Clooney being the youngest. Also, no point in saying, for example, Mel Gibson when he was in Mad Max. Granted, he was indeed rather scrumptious then but that was also the best part of thirty years ago, when he was but a lad. Only counts if you fancy him NOW!

Robert De Niro is rather sexay...
