Hey. I've moved to Dublin a while ago.. I'm living along the coast road..
What gyms are there up here? I phoned one particular gym thats very close but they insist on my calling in to get a quote. Personally, i'd prefer to get a good few quotes over the phone and then check out the gyms.. I don't need anything too fancy, I road run a lot and would use a steamroom, cycle machine & strider & stepper.. that would be it..
Do gyms offer special offers much up here? Is it any particular time of the year? Or is it generally random offers?
Is the Ben dunne gym in Santry good? And is it very far up in Santry?

Sorry about all the silly little Culchie questions!! :p
I drive so as long as I'm not going to be faced with too much traffic, i don't mind travelling..

Thankin' you in advance for any replies...

I've googled all this but there seems to be a lack of gyms in the northside, unless my googling is "not what it used to be"!
    Tnx!

Off the top of my head:

    Northwood, Santry
    Sportslink, Santry
    Westwood, Clontarf
    Total Fitness, Clarehall
    Slender Health, Raheny
    Portmarnock Leisure Club
    Deer Park Hotel

By coast road I'm assuming you mean somewhere between Fairview and Howth so all of the above are pretty easy to get to considering you're driving.
