So sorry for you and your family's loss FranchisePlayer, my condolences to you. A very sad loss, always came across as a nice guy on Boards and was a valued contributor to the community. RIP.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I worked with Tom in Tesco's and he was a pure dote. He had such a dry sense of humour, when he used to come down to the fridges we'd do sweet F all but laugh. Myself, my sister and brother all benefited greatly from knowing him. My biggest regret was not being able to attend the funeral but I have been out to the grave since. My sincerest sympathies to you and your family. If you need to talk pm me anytime. If I'm not on I'll pm back. *HUGS* RIP Tom.

For those of us that didn't have Laguna's taste in football, apparently this post is on-topic.

RIP Laguna - feel very sad having just found out that Tom's musings, queries, revelations and ponderings will be heard here no more.

    - He was a sound lad & I'll miss his excellent contributions here.

    - FranchisePlayer - Thanks for your consideration, I am grateful that you have given us the chance to mourn a lost Boards.ie - as opposed to wondering why they had suddenly stopped posting.

P.S. http://www.thetomski.com [from Lagunas Boards.ie profile] is currently unavailable - if this is by design then ok - otherwise would it be possible for it to be brought back online ? - I think Tom would have liked to have it so - and certainly I would have liked to have viewed this site after finishing this thread....

Tom was unable to use the computer for several months before his sad death.
I presume that his site is no longer because of this.
Many thanks for your kind words.
