My knowledge of this subject is limited to the brief explanation it was given in 'Ed' so I just wanted to know if any fellow boardsies were Lucid Dreamers or if they knew more about the subject?

There was a thread on this fairly recently. And this wikibook seems to be quite comprehensive (which reminds me, I must make a useful links sticky).

Lucid dreaming, that is being aware of the fact you are in a dream and - usually, consequently - having control over it, is something you can train yourself to do. Improving your ability to recall dreams is the first step though.. check out the sticky at the top of the forum for tips on that (the wikibook also covers this).
