Well you see Pighead there is the rule that the person that proposes a forum does not automatically become mod of it when it is approved.
The admins decided this to stop the calls for pointless spamy atempts to create forums just so a person could become a mod.

And such are the ways and wiles of power those that want it and pubically say so rule themselves out.
