Yeah, damn sure. Everyone here trying to be goody 2 shoes saying they wouldn't, prob cause they never got the chance. When it 2 or 3 in the morning and the drink is in and the wit if out over 99% of people would do it. You always think when drink is in they will never find out, and if you are any good they won't.

Now have done it with a number of girls that I know have boyfriends, suppose could say they where mates but not best mates or anything. Just knew the lads.

It is survival of the strongest at the end of the day. If none of you have the killer instinct then it leaves more for me:eek:

I know alot of women and ever one of them have never been faithful in a relationship, all of them have had a snog or something at some stage when they where out with the girls etc when they thought nobody was looking.

Trust no-one except family, learned this a long time ago when I had a problem with my ex and they all my mates ran around her cause she had a nice ass, I dropped them all and moved out of the county

The bottom line is...if your best mates bird is gagging for it, and she's coming on to you..chances are she's playing the field on a regular basis....I'd say she's a right slut.....it's a no brainer....I'd be in like Flynn!!!!

If she eventually breaks up with her fella after trying it on...and getting it on with someone else......what's an acceptable amount of time to wait before sh@gging your best mates ex-slapper girlfriend?;)

as mentioned above, it depends on the situation.

1)how close a friend he is

2)how attracted you are to the girl

3)whats happening in your life at the time.

for the record, have done it once, i do regret it (lost a few friends) but if i was in the same situation as i was then, it would probably yield the same results. It happened over about a year, i knew the couple around the same amount of time, the girl was a real good friend to me through a difficult time (break up, mourning for a girl) and we had a lot in common. And then it happened. their relationship was on the rocks anyhow.

that said, it is a selfish decision to make, and at the time i didnt have the personal strength to make the right decision. i obviously wouldnt be too hard on anyone in that situation now, as i understand how this sort of thing happens.

Quick story about myself to show its not only men, its a long one so get ready

Years ago there was a large gang of us that hung around, brothers, friends and a load of girls, my brother GF(now wife) was staying wit mates in a house in Dublin while they all went to college, one of the girls in this house was a good friend(call her Jo) of mine as well but had kissed only once on a bus on the way home which happened about 2 weeks before this.

Anyway one nite a load of them came to our local(in Cavan) and I ended up with a friend of Jo's from college, anyway went out once or twice and this girl was very very immature so I broke it off(nothing to break off but just said I didnt want to see her anymore). Had 5 days of missed calls and txt of her crying down the phone saying she missed me(CYCO).

So we went out one night and Jo came over to my local in Dublin wit a few mates, about 30 mins later cyco landed in, Jo had txt sayin where she was and she got a taxi over. Cyco followed me around all nite when we got to club so told her to leave me alone.Jo came over about 20 mins later and dragged me to the other side of club and started kissing me etc. So we stayed there for ages "playing" and then she got up and said she better go and walked over to Cyco who was in tears, started to hug her etc been all friendly and then looked up at me and winked.

You got to love a woman like that:D we actually kept seeing each other for about 2 months after that but then just went back to friends and are still to this day. Cyco stopped txtin about 2 months later but then about a year later started again saying it was a year since we broke up, was going out wit a girl then and explained wat happened(we where in pub) so she replied to her with this really bitchy txt, last I heard from cyco

nope, I've been in that situation twice with my best mate her last two fella's came onto me I only told in one instance ,I left alcohol down to the latter experience.
It happened with a girl I worked with also needless to say I came out worse I told her everything, and she turned practically the whole job against me
I can definitely say it’s a horrible feeling to tell someone that, I wouldn’t wish it on anyone!

To be honest im sure 99% wouldnt do it.I dont really think everyone is trying to be goody two shoes,its hard to know what people will do in that situation but just because you jump in with two feet doesnt mean everyone else will.I think the older boards members would be less inclined to do so.

I dont know how you come up with the idea most never got the chance,im sure plenty do and have but dont go for it.Maybe the problem lies with the girls you go for or your so called mates???If you have done it as many times as you have seem to have done then its pretty obvious its been done to you plenty of times too.
Is it any wonder you cannot trust anyone except your family when no one can trust you? Having to leave the county is pretty extreme,keep it up and you will just end up paranoid in future relationships.

like was said, under the influence and early in the morning you are liable to do anything. I bet everyone here could name loads of stuff they have done drunk that they would never of even considered doing sober. We can say that the majority here wouldn't WANT to do the deed with a mates other half, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't actually do it. A mate who would premeditate to do that isn't a mate, but one that was just in the wrong place at the wrong time i'd knock around a bit, but i'd keep him as a friend, although he'd owe me one for life.
