Anyone else find they get fairly constipated when using whey protein? Never been constipated inmy life until I tried using this stuff.

Just wanted to put it out there........

Can't say that I've really noticed any difference at all. You could always try tossing some flaxseed in your food/shakes for extra fibre; I can't notice the taste of it at all really.

Can't say I've noticed a difference when I started using whey protein, and I started using it regularly last March. Out of ignorance, I used the cruddy Nature's Way Body Fortress brand until early August, and subsequently discovered the delights and quality of EAS.

Mind you, I'm pretty regular anyhow, not just because of all the water I drink, so I don't count my visits to the Gents.

What protein are you using .I.E ProMax etc....

I use ProWhey, and mix it with Micellular Matrix / Muscle Milk as Whey is nasty taste ....

New shop on Camden St. , seems to have good products.
