I'm beginning to wonder if CD WOW! are no longer interested in my custom? I've been talking to a few others also interested in the "Lost Season 1" DVD box set. They ordered from your competitors (namely Amazon, dvdpacific, dvdempire, Movietyme, PlayUSA etc.) and have already received their orders. I actually cancelled my order with Amazon in favour of using CD WOW! - a mistake I won't be making in the future, unless you can convince me otherwise.

Please tell me what the problem is with the orders I placed.

appreciate your frustration.

The reason that the item has been delayed so many times is down to the fact
that our suppliers cannot fulfill the order as they originally predicted.
Whilst we are doing our best to make sure all orders are fulfilled as soon
as possible, on this occasion we have no option but to put the dispatch date
back again, sorry. We are only able to go by the information they have given
us and as soon as we receive this we pass it on to all customers involved.

In light of these continued delays if you would prefer to cancel the order
and receive a full refund please let us know.

using us in the future.

I am afraid we have experienced a delay in receiving this item from our suppliers. We do have the item on order which is why we are accepting orders from customers .

This situation is as annoying and frustrating for us as it is for you and I can certainly appreciate your feelings.

The latest date we have for the dispatch of this item is the 5th October as we advised you but I am afraid that this date is not guaranteed. These dates that we send to customers are simply the latest dates that we ourselves have been told and they may well be put back.

I assure you that we will try to dispatch this item as soon as we can for you but if you do not wish to wait then please let us know and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

I have sent a goodwill gesture e voucher to use on any future order.

Once again, our sincere apologies for the situation.
