So many to choose from. Though, as a motorsport's fan I'd have to say:

Second, Graham Hill, another great guy at parties and pissups in his day.

Joint third, Alain Prost and the late, great Ayrton Senna. Get them well pissed and see them start a fight. Could be interesting to watch.

Billy Connolly would be great, as well.
