right, im getting braces soon, and bubbles has been trying to convince me on irc that braces are cute and sexy. i find it difficult to believe him and although i dont find braces unattractive myself, im just very self conscious. what do you think?

Would have to agree with tusky here... No way would I consider sorting out my imperfect jawline, though, what's the point? (If you don't want to be a newsreader, actor, model, work for Disney) I've ruled all of these out when I was 11! (without knowing it )

I think that if someone is already cute, then braces can make them even cuter. If they arent so hot then it makes it kinda worse. I think its more of an issue when you are younger cos any slight flaw can make you feel like a troll. Its probably worth it to have a cool smile for the rest of your life though.

I wouldn't characterise them as sexy in or of themselves, but they wouldn't turn me on or off finding someone attractive in anyway. They're not that big a deal to me.

Unless there's bits of food stuck in them, which is fairly manky.

you can get clear braces nowadays aswell if you want. The dentists do not like them cause their fiddly to work with, but I had them on for 14months a while back

Although if you want them to stay like ^^^^^, you would have to be seriously keeping them clean, and defiantly watch what you eat. No Curry's... trust me

I dont think Braces are particulary sexy really!well not compared to someone without them but it wouldnt deter me from anyone!simply because they dont make someone look unsexy and they are only temporary!

Anyways tbh I don't think it'd make a difference if a girl had braces or not so long as she was willing t................ had a nice personality.

you see, i always liked little 'imperfections' on a girl...things like scares and braces, slight little differences from the norm - verry sexeh

so dont worry about it, anyone whos opinion is worth caring about wont care if you have them or not

and i quite like 'em...

Braces can be sexy - but my only worry as a guy is 'getting caught' in her braces when I'm getting me some doesn't bear thinking about.....

I'd say I don't like them .. but that was cause when I had them I hated them. I wouldn't let it put be off someone. As Ferdi said that sometimes something unique about a person makes them more attractive. It adds to the character.
