2nd shower today of 3 that’s passed through us here in Arklow with a loud rumble of thunder just as it hit the coast

Rain rate of 20mm/hr with some hail in that last one just now

Beautiful cloud to ground lightning in Kildare

Came down around Bodenstown

Are you living over there or just on holiday ? Ye the closest thing to a tornado was a funnel cloud in Carrick in summer 2022 I think it was small skinny thing but there was visible rotation but died away soon after

Aw that's a shame maybe another time you will get a chance to see some decent thunderstorms and a tornado 🌪️
